Terms of Service

These Terms bind you and Arcevo LLC when purchasing a package on arcevo.net. Purchasing accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Fulfillment Policy.
1. Catalog
Tiers: €14 Essential UI Elements Kit; €30 Single Landing Page Pro; €35 Enterprise Multi-Page Agency (multi-page business website template); €49 SaaS Analytics & Admin Dashboard (full SaaS application & dashboard UI kit); €65 Agency Multi-Template Bundle; €99 Lifetime All-Access Developer Pass. All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) as one-time fees. Arcevo LLC is the merchant of record for every order placed on arcevo.net.
2. Commercial license (€14–€49)
A non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one purchasing entity to use and modify the files in unlimited personal and client projects for which that entity is the developing party. No redistribution of unmodified packs as competing kits.
3. Agency license (€65)
Commercial rights plus use across multiple client deliverables under your studio brand, still limited to one purchasing entity.
4. Extended license (€99)
Full catalog, future updates we elect to include, and extended rights to embed assets in hosted SaaS and internal tools. “Unlimited” is project count for that entity—not a right to sublicense raw kits or run a competing marketplace.
5. Limits
No resale of source archives, no competing template stores, no misrepresentation of original authorship, no circumvention of download controls.
6. Payments
Checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and digital assets (USDT/BTC/ETH) as shown on the storefront. Amounts are stated in EUR and are due in full at purchase; any applicable taxes are disclosed before you pay. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on Arcevo servers. Delivery is electronic and immediate after payment confirmation, as described in the Fulfillment Policy.
7. Warranty and liability
PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY WYOMING LAW, IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED. AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PACKAGE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Exclusive venue is the state or federal courts in Wyoming, except we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property.
