Refund Policy
Effective January 1, 2026 · Digital goods
Arcevo LLC sells licensed ZIP packages. Because files can be copied immediately, refunds are limited as follows.
1. Fourteen-day defect resolution
If a paid archive is corrupt, incomplete, or will not open, email contact@arcevo.net within 14 days with checkout email, package name, and error detail. We first re-deliver a working file. If we cannot, we refund the amount paid for that package.
2. Change of mind
If you have not downloaded the files, you may request a full refund within 14 days. After download starts or completes, the product is used and change-of-mind refunds are not available.
3. Not refundable
Wrong-tier selection after download; custom design requests; partial bundle refunds after any file is downloaded; Lifetime Pass after any catalog file is downloaded; fraudulent transactions.
4. How to request
Email contact@arcevo.net with subject “Refund request” or call +1 (307) 500-7402 before opening a bank dispute. Approved refunds typically post in 5–10 business days after processor credit.
